1. 收集及使用
   閣下在本表格內提供的個人資料（如姓名、聯絡電話等）（下稱“個人資料”）只會用於下述用途。若萬代(香港)欲使用個人資料於其他用途時，萬代(香港)會事先通知閣下，並徵求閣下同意。
   a. 以核實Gundam World Club會員身份
   b. 會員通訊及活動推廣
2. 保護及保存
   萬代(香港)會作出合理的保安措施，以防止閣下所提供的個人資料遭非授權人士存取、修改及洩漏予第三者。當萬代(香港)認為無需再使用個人資料於指定的用途時，萬代(香港)會刪除閣下的個人資料。
3. 披露
   除非根據法例規定及/或為保障有關個人的利益﹐否則萬代(香港)不會在未得其同意的情況下擅自修改或向他人披露其個人資料。

   All the Personal Data (e.g. name, contact no.) collected will serve the following purposes only. Bandai (HK) will inform you & seek for your consent first should Bandai (HK) plan to use your personal information for other purposes.
   a. Verify Gundam World Club membership
   b. Member enewsletter dispatching and club activities promotion purposes
2. Protection & Storage
   All personal information collected will be kept accurately, safely and confidentially for such period as reasonably required.
3. Disclosure
   Bandai (HK) will not edit or disclose any personal information without consent of the relevant individual unless Bandai (HK) has good faith belief that such action is necessary under law and/or for protection of the interests of the relevant individual.
